There is now an extraordinary super sports car abroad. Alieno Arcanum is a pure electric double-door and two-seat “robot” supercar from Bulgaria with “outside alien technology” and claims to be the first of its kind.
For us, it has not been confirmed, so we cannot fully determine whether it is true. The brand was created in 2015 and its name is taken from the Italian “alieno”, which – obviously – it means aliens. So far, this is what we know.
In terms of power, the company’s first model will have four versions. The “base” model has a power of 2,610 hp (1,946 kW), followed by 3,482 hp (2,596 kW), 4,351 hp (3,244 kW) and a flagship of 5,221 hp (3,893 kW). There is currently no acceleration data of 100 kilometers, but Alieno claims that the top electric supercars in the series will be able to reach a top speed of 303 MPH (488km / h).
“Alieno Arcanum is the future all-electric supercar with unparalleled technical advantages and is the foundation of the Alieno brand,” explains Ahmed, the founder, CEO, chief technology officer and chief architect. This is our debut model, clearly articulating Alieno’s mission to build a modern supercar with future technology. Alieno Arcanum does not follow the rules, but it creates new ones that provide an extremely exciting driving experience and fun.
The supercar’s powertrain is the “direct drive electric power system” described by Alieno, with up to six motors per wheel, depending on the model. This means that the top-of-the-line RP5 has a power of up to 5,221 horsepower and is equipped with 24 motor systems, each of which is individually controlled. These are AC three-phase axial magnets with permanent magnets.
Alieno also claims that the powertrain has the same torque as the wheels, with a torque of 6,490 lb-ft (8,800 Nm), 5,458 lb-ft (7,400 Nm), 4,366 lb-ft (5,920 Nm) and 3,275 lb-ft (4,440). Nm). The powertrain uses a graphene LiPo battery and a supercapacitor with a capacity between 60 kWh and 180 kWh. The maximum battery pack provides 634 miles (1,020 km) of charge on a single charge.
“Our first Alieno Arcanum is the most powerful supercar in the history of the world,” lead test driver Ivan Kirov boldly declared. “It’s not only the most powerful car, but it’s robotic and all-electric. It means it’s much faster than ordinary internal combustion cars of the same power. Thanks to its efficient motor and our innovative Alieno technology built in In the car.”
Arcanum features a “robot suspension”, double wishbone and push rod, rocker arm and adjustable anti-roll bar, combined with an electronically adjustable damper and active ride height, each wheel is completely independent. Brake power is provided by three different systems – traditional hydraulic brakes, regenerative electromagnetic brakes, and – again – “robot” air brakes. Air brake parachutes are optional.
Alieno said it will only produce Arcanum in Bulgaria through customer bookings. The order has already started, with a base model of €750,000 (approximately $878,000 at current exchange rates) and an RP5 flagship price of €1.5 million ($1.755 million). Delivery times range from 18 months to 30 months, depending on customer preferences and choices.
